What are the shipping costs and what are the delivery times?
We endeavor to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being received, however, during busy periods it may take up to 48-72 hours. Majority of our UK parcels are sent via Evry/Royal Mail as signed for recorded delivery. For international orders our delivery partners are Royal mail

These prices are for the delivery of 1 abaya. Shipping price may change when more items are added and the price will update when checking out.
NB: Working days do not include Sunday
Once the order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time.
Please note the same applies to customs delays with international deliveries – we cannot control your country’s customs and how long they take to release your item.
The courier will only deliver to the address specified and will not leave the item with a neighbour. If no one is at home to accept the item the courier should leave a card advising that an attempted delivery was made and provide details for re-arranging delivery for another day.
Once the item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier used.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Eliana Collections will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns. We appreciate your understanding!

If the purchased product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Delivery Locations
Our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, airports, hospitals, and prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.
We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier or due to an incorrect address being provided by You.
Delivery Services
We will try to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being received, during busy periods it may take up to 72 hours.
Delivery will be to the UK or international address specified in Your Order. We offer a variety of delivery options but We shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product, if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond Our control.
When placing an Order, please bear in mind We are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and Orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver.
United Kingdom
UK First Class Delivery
We aim to deliver all mainland UK first class delivery Orders within 1 to 2 working days of the order being dispatched. The order must be received by 11am (Mon-Fri only) to ensure it is dispatched the same day (excluding Public/Bank Holidays).
We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.
ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday-Saturday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays).
Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer.
Lost Parcels
We will begin Our missing parcels procedure if Your Order fails to arrive within 20 days (UK only) and 30 days (International) of dispatch and You notifying Us. We will investigate Your claim, and if We are satisfied that the non-arrival of the Product(s) was attributable to Us, then a replacement item will be sent or a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the Order. Please note that We may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event, You will be contacted by Our service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.
It is Your responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. We will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and You do not receive the item. In this situation, we will do our best to You assist in recovering the item but in the situation the item is not recoverable, We will not be held responsible.

International Purchases and Returns
Purchases from this Website is in British Pounds (£ GBP). Banks and international credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which You are liable to pay.
All Orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes payable, will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If You have any questions related to customs charges, please contact Your local customs office.
